What payment options do you support?
You can use PayPal or any credit card to make the payment.
What happens when my license expires?
Your site remains intact. Once the license expires, support and updates will be cut off.
Do you charge automatically for the renewal?
Yes. However, you can cancel the subscription at any time if you like within your active subscription period
Do you refund for automatic renewals payments?
We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. For annual subscriptions, we will attempt to send you a renewal reminder email 30 days prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed. Such a reminder would only be a courtesy, and depends on your email client, potentially can end up at your spam box, so do not rely on that email - you alone are responsible for taking any action before a renewal takes effect. Just add yourself a calendar reminder :)
What about support and updates?
Support and Updates are included for one year if you purchase any of the annual plans. With license renewal, support and updates are also renewed. If you purchase any of the lifetime plans, support and updates are included for a lifetime. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.
Can I upgrade from single site license to 10 site license or All themes Plan?
Yes, you can. You can do this from your Mystery Themes account page. You can contact us if you have any confusion..
What is your refund policy?
Since mystery themes are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. Refund has to be processed within 14 days of purchase order. But first Our sales and support will try to solve your issues and if you are not satisfied then we will refund issue.NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why. What does support cover?
Support covers getting setup, trouble using any features, bug fixes and simple CSS customizations. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins integrations. But we can show you some guidance and provide simple CSS customization. Also, Support Tickets facility is available only to pro users. Support ticket gets high priority and is even replied on weekends.
What's the difference between free and pro version?
Each theme page has a compare table free vs pro where you can view the detail about the free and pro version. Generally speaking, Pro version includes extra customization features, options, widgets, template and support more plugins. Pro users have access to priority support which are answered from few minutes to 12 hrs time period and yes even on weekends.

What is a premium WordPress theme?

Can I use the purchased themes for my clients?
You can log in to your Mysterythemes account page with your Mysterythemes username and password (account? - the one your created while purchasing or before) and download the purchased theme file from there. Also, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you used while creating the account.This email also contains the link to download theme zip file.
Which browsers and operating systems do you test the themes on?
We test the theme on the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and two latest versions of Internet Explorer. Regarding the operating system, the theme should work in any operating system, as long as WordPress is installed correctly.
How Do I Install My wordpress Mysterythemes Theme?
Once you have installed WordPress on your site, its really quite simple. First follow the methods outlined the documentation.
Can I call you?
No, we do not offer phone consulting. This enables us to keep our prices as low as possible for our customer community. We do answer email as fast as possible and offer our active support forum.
Can I remove the credits in the footer?
Yes, you will have easy interface option either to remove it or change it in the pro version but in the Free version the credit links are hard coded so you need to make changes in the theme files which is not encouraged so far.
